At Pink Desert, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please allow 5-7 business days for transit and processing once it reaches our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
